Dear Neighbours,
We have been liaising with the London Borough of Southwark and Transport for London regarding the
detailed plan to complete excavation works. We have also involved the team at Edge London Bridge,
Guys Hospital, London Bridge Station and Shard Quarter in finalising the prosed works and how we
can reduce the impact on our local area.
Due to the location and the works involved, we will erect an exclusion zone within Weston Street as
part of an ongoing developed a plan that we collectively believe limits the impact to our nearest
neighbours and businesses to as short a period as possible whilst maintaining as much access as
possible.
The proposed works of our plan is below: –
