Development Plans

St Thomas Street East Developments have been designed to work together to create a vibrant, mixed, and inclusive community. This area is a key point of connection between Borough Market, London Bridge Station, and the unique character of Old Bermondsey. Each site is thoughtfully designed to work with the historic fabric of the area, respecting Bermondsey’s past while planning for its future. The public realm and lower levels of our buildings aim to enhance the lived experience of residents, workers, and visitors, ultimately promoting a richer, more connected community life.
